A Snapshot about me: Worked for a large bank in Australia during the Global Financial Crisis in 2008. I graduated from a degree of psychological science in 2019. I am an active day trader and have previously worked in a crypto startup.

What interested me the most about Legends of Crypto as a game was the collectable artwork, relatability for people from all over the crypto industry along with tokenomics of LOCG and the NFT Marketplace.

What is Legends of Crypto? Legends Of Crypto (LOC) is an NFT collectibles card game centred around the crypto industry and features characters who are prominent figures in the crypto industry.

Users have the ability to collect, stake, and trade each NFT as they please.

In a very short timeframe we as a team have managed to get over 16k followers on twitter, 13k on Telegram and over 4k on Discord.

Q3. What is the function of LOCG token？　As we know, LOCG already uses NFT to operate the game. Why LOC still need to issue its own token？

$LOCG is the governance token, which is used by the community for voting and additional rewards in the game itself; the overall token supply is capped at 150,000,000 $LOCG. Some of the features and use cases for the token within the LOC game are:

Q4. Could you please introduce how LOCG works and how to play the game?

Each NFT can be staked to earn crypto, or you can use your $LOCG tokens to farm new and rare NFTs. Not only does this ensure their value and rarity as collectibles, but also the financial application and benefit of receiving rewards simultaneously. These features are critical in solidifying our project’s true use case and attracting a broader user base.

Every NFT also comes with its own special design and rarity; they can be traded on the LOC marketplace and external marketplaces such as OpenSea. The artwork is beautifully designed and custom-made for each card, so you can feel like you own a truly valuable NFT that will serve as a piece of crypto history.

LOC currently has two different kinds of card games — free and pay-for-prize/tournaments.

As for how to play the game

The game is based on a top trumps card game — each card has a list of numerical data, where the goal is to compare the values and try to trump and win your opponent’s card.

As previously mentioned, each card is part of a different type of category. Players take turns choosing categories, and in the end, the person with the highest number of cards in the selected category is crowned the winner.

It’s as simple as that!

On top of all this, there is a referral program that motivates players to interact more and helps them grow in the beginning when the games launch, further incentivizing them to get as many people to join as possible.

Q5. The IDO of LOCG is going to start at DAO Maker, what are the steps that need to be completed before it?

You need to finish the following process in advance.

Anyone that wants to be a part of the public sale will need to register via the whitelisting form by filling out all requested information. $DAO token holders and non-holders will both be eligible to take part in the sale by joining the DAOMaker pools.

Lastly, as with any public token sale event, please ensure you have enough ETH within your Ethereum wallet to transfer and cover the gas fees needed to make the transaction. It’s best to do this well in advance so you don’t have any last-minute issues when the event is live.

We will be issuing $125k worth of $LOCG tokens for the SHO, at a price of $0.036. 33.33% of the tokens can be unlocked at the TGE, and 33% of the tokens can be unlocked for 4months.

Personally, I think the biggest advantage is being able to put some of the profits back in the hands of gamers themselves. I know that I have spent a lot on mobile phone games that I will never see again ?

I think the game in a few years time will have had multiple new editions brought out to match what is happening all over the crypto scene, which we know can be pretty wild! I envision our community growing greatly and this is the key to keeping it alive and successful through their feedback
